a suggestion for the allmighty pewds:
hook up a hardware limiter between your mic and your audio interface so when you scream or talk louder, the audio doesn't clip/distort (never gets louder than a certain amount) and the people with headphones don't die. would greatly improve the audio of your channel and once you set it, you don't need to touch it anymore.

 details:
should be a limiter with quick attack- and releasetimes (how fast it turns down the volume and back up again). you can then turn off the +48V of your audio interface as it will be supplied by the limiter to the microphone.
A "Behringer MIC100" (£28.31 at thomann) should do just fine as it has everything you need but its sound quality is not that great should suffice for youtube though. You will need one more xlr-cable than you use currently.
OR if you want a lot more quality (sonically) for your fans and want to spend a little more, you should get a mic preamp and a seperate limiter. Then I recommend a "Studio Projects VTB1" (£144 @ thomann) as microphone preamp and a "PAS DS-22" (£193 @ thomann) as a limitier.

Both these components together will give your channel way better sound than the first option or your current solution of
[mic->audiointerface]. This solution requires two additional xlr-cables.
Sholud you need any help setting either of these two options up, i can gladly offer my help (pm here in the forum or preferrably skype, will be much quicker and easier to explain, especially with video)

Otherwise, you are doing a great job, pewds!!
