Help with full conversions

so I recently enden the amnesia main story and now i want to play the full conversions, but I have problem with them.
I really dont know about this kind of stuff, Ill attach a capture of my redist folder, maybe i did something wrong

if you want to play a total conversion you have to click on the .bat files

most of the time the so called "Read Me"'s contain nothing more then advertising instead of actual information.
