For the nest part you should try 7 Days to Die . Its actually in a playable state and fun with friends for being in alpha (2 year at least)

Wow, no shit. Early Access game are just a piece of crap where the delevopers run out of money and try to get some that way. Not all of them of course.
But those survival zombies mmos sure are. -

It's amazing what a touch of Epic Music can do to make things more interesting... It's a shame H1Z1 is just an early development WarZ Clone, but it's been so over-hyped alot of people are going to part with their money to get a taste of that sweet sweet 2-3 hour Loading Screen. Tbh I dont bother with Early Access titles anymore especially the Open World "Survival" Games.
