Hi, I need some help with some experienced people who is using bandicam, I need help with the setting format, good quality on video and audio that uses low memory you know like 1 mb etc... because i recorded a 1 min vid but its size is 94 mb.

Well basically, it's either amazing quality and huge size or poor quality and small size in general. Pick your poison. It's like that with any recording program I know of regardless of codecs and such.
