It's now 2am where I live and after 30 minutes of face palming frustration, I finally managed to complete Act 10 of this god forsaken game (sleep and social lives are for the weak).

The key to completing it is to try and get up the first few ascending steps as quickly as possible, wait for the tallest step to sink to the level as the next one, race down the descending ones and stroll to the finish line. You seem to hardly ever continue iOS games, but yeah, just thought I'd let you know (that is, if you see this comment amongst the other 2376 or so)
