I have a rectangular,wooden picture frame to my left so there's a 50/50 chance that I could either be dead or still live to have that same percentage dangling over my head.

The item to my left is my car keys so I guess I'll make a mad dash for my car and then either run the zombie over with my car or just drive away and never look back
