... I'd be more than happy to put this together. I have a fantastic computer for video editing, and a great program that I know my way around. I'm great at editing, and I have plenty of time on my hands for something like this. If you still in need of someone who can put the video together, I'd really like to be the one to do it.
Another thing you could do is create a team of video editors who can work together collaboratively at the same time or separate times to get it done faster and to ensure it's done well. -

I have a great PC and 5 years of editing experience. 4k resolution? No problem, could render that. (probz not 4k xD) But you can count on me!
Edit: I work for some big channels like "BassBoost Official" 80k+ subs... -
