Deutschland Meaning

As most of us hear every now and then, Pewds yells to Edgar "Deutschland" whenever Edgar does something that bothers Pewds.... I am going to safely assume saying Deutschland is a way to train Edgar, unless there's another reason. BUUUUUUUUTTTTT, why Germany?...
