I experienced depression and reading books and listening to music is my way, sometime its a bad idea though...cause you may do a lot of thinking and it may lead to more depression.Life is not fair, and that's the reason to work hard.

I'm kind of "like you" not doing so much things.

4)Collecting
5)Gaming
6)Scrapbooking
7)Reading
8)Writing
9)Debating
10)cooking
11)Sewing
12)Photography

Yeah gaming is one of my favourites, have you ever tried art. I do art I'm not very good but I enjoy it so what the heck haha well I hope you find one you like

If you like creative stuff and video games/manga/anime there is cosplay that can be nice.
It's also a great opportunity to meet new people. -

It depends but for huge projects yeah...
If you are not doing like me, some full armor character (Halo for exemple), it can be nice but yeah it's not the cheapest thing. -
Drawing and Reading is always great
Always great for imagination
If you live near snow, could always ski or snowboard, or make a snowman :3
Playing games is always fun too
Anything that keeps you active is great really -

I found gaming and anime to be amazing distractions and made me really happy. A piece of advice is to stick to stuff that you cant really fail at so you dont feel bad if you do! Hope this helps

Try doing some research on activities and interests in things you like
Like, you like space+ stargazing, anime= read manga, Gaming= try making a simple game
I like archery, reading, writing, watching anime, and studingGoal:
for today to be better than yesterday,
and tomorrow better than today . . .
