Was just wondering but does youtube allow to leave donation link in own channel's description if you don't have a partnership?

I'm pretty sure YouTube doesn't care what you put in your description, as long as it is safe for younger viewers.

YouTube would definitely allow a donation link. Anything that links to a website or image that contains pornographic content, racial discrimination, IRL violence, or overall non-appropriate content, YouTube will warn you about it and remove the link.mfpwnsall - Epicness in Motion
