How to fix Fraps from doing absolutely insane fps drops time to time?

Hello, I got this problem with fraps. I record 1080p everything runs smoothely, but it begins to make alot of insane fps drops ;__; ...
Like from solid 60fps to 3fps for like 3 seconds that really ruins mah vids on youtube and can't fix it... someone familiar with this? ?(

This probably doesnt help with your problem but have you tried bandicam? I prefer to use it rather than fraps. It's really easy to work with and I've never had trouble with it.
I've just looked online for something to help you and it seems like there are a lot of people getting the same problem and when they DID "fix" it, apparently their video quality became horrible. But good luck on finding the solution!

Moving to other software will most likely do the trick, fraps tend to hog many resources.

Well Fraps was doing really good job about a month ago

but now it has began to slap me in the face D:

I am wondering, does this specific behaviour happen only happen at a certain game or does it happen on every game you play btw?

It Happens randomly :O that is why I don't get it what causes it
