Xsplit help

ok
so i got the free version of xsplit (DERP)
and whenever i try log on to use xsplit it says " you need to be online to log in"
dont you have to log on to be online
DA FACK IS HAPPENING HERE?

i wish i could help you but i dont have my pc at the moment and i know how to use the program. did you type in the email and password that was made on xsplit site... not the user name but the email. and did you verificatio the email as well.
