A name for your subscribers should 'grow'out of your subscriber base itself.

Also, you should try to come up with ideas for your videos yourself. It's your channel, after all.

I watched your video. You're a pretty good singer, but I think you should use a better microphone and sit still more. The lower quality and fidgeting is distracting. Also, your outro is just a rip off of PewDiePie's brofisting. I think you should be a little more original to a) prevent future haters and b) so you get more attention.

Anyway, at the top hover your mouse over 'edit profile' and click 'upload avatar', then upload the image and you're done.

It's called a facecam. You need to record both the game and your webcam, then use a video editing program to put the webcam footage on top of the game recording, then resize and move the webcam footage to your liking.
