PewDiePie when he is online ( help with people going OMG PEWDIE )

ok as most of the members who come online even when pewdie isnt here you most likely know about one problem
fangirls
whenever pewdiepie ( i prefer to say felix ) comes online all you see is

PewDiePie: hows it going bros?
random: OMG HI PEWDIE BROFIST FROM *random country*
random: OMG HI PEWDIE BROFIST FROM *random country*

and whenever most of use try saying the following

: please keep calm and he will talk
: pewdiepie will not accept your request because he wants to prevent spam
: if you want to post a game suggestion please post it in the suggestions thread

all we get is

I have a Plan for it. Ppl with Certain post count, ap, or rep AND members that are here for a while should be only able to get on here while pewdie isi here. Users that are pretty experienced and trusted by the mods/admins

One word IMPOSSIBLE! Seriously the few (and i say few in comparison of us regulars) of us can't really tell over 20k ppl to calm down.... Unless the mods implement some sort of restriction in the shoutbox that is EXACTLY like the restriction on the PM system then this will really just be non stop

But I still think that ... a Teamspeak.... or another comunicator server where chosen bros could come... of course it will determined who could go there by KeRix and other Mods. and on this server we could NORMALY tlak to pewpew

A bigger delay in the shoutbox for people who have like <100 posts on events? or 15+ rep needed to post normally in shoutbox?

Like the normal delay would be like 5 seconds , while the delay on events @ new bro's should be like 15-45 seconds , It may sound harsh , but it would strain the servers less.
Or the TS server would be an idea with select bro's but that would be even more harsh imo (unless it is a community event :3)
