Outlast Gameplay Copyright Claim

Hi Bros!
Today I uploaded a video on my channel of the first part of a gameplay of Outlast. Everything's fine, I spent like 2 days editing the video and all, so as I said, I uploaded it today and immediately a claim of copyright by IDG Germany came. I search for them and they're a magazine on Germany, so how the hell they claim for my video without own anything on it?
The issue is that for having the "third party matched content" I can't upload more gameplays of this game, then how PewDiePie do to upload this gameplay of this game? and did anyone in here have this problem too?
I'm not advertising my channel, just looking for help with this issue.

IDG Germany is a known YouTube troll, they hit me with a Content ID for my Last of Us let's play. I disputed it and two days later it was cleared up. More than likely it's just a small section they're claiming right? I saw something on Reddit about this too. I'd dispute it if I were you, will probably win.

If you have commentary over the footage then I don't see any problems with you disputing it, besides, who gave them the right to claim your video while Outlast isn't their content? I don't see how Outlast and IDG Germany are related so it's a bullshit claim. Be sure to dispute under the 'Fair use' rules etc. as it gives you the biggest chance with removing the claim.

The dispute is in process so i'm just wait for the reply of them...for the next video i'll mute or reduce the game audio to see If that helps.

Ah. I got hit as well. Kinda strange. The video was fine for a few days, then it got hit. But I will leave it matched, since im not monetizing it anyways.

Don't let these assholes win, it just gives them more of a reason to go after small channels when they have no right to claim in the first place.

They could be phising you. When you file against a claim, don't you have to give your name and address?

Two days ago I dispute the claim and today they take it out...so now my video is clean!
Thanks to all that replied and If you got a claim from them like me just dispute it under the one that says something like "I'm sure that my video meets legal..." something like that and they will take the claim out.
