Hey everyone, I started fiddling around with Let's Plays again and need some help on a two issues I am seeing..
I am using Sony Vegas Pro 12 for editing, and it seems the video brightness is dropped tremendously in rendering. I know Amnesia is suppose to be dark, but the before and after lighting of the video is a huuuuge difference. I did try adding the Sony levels and changed it to studio RGB (Saw this in a video help), but it still renders it rather dark.
This leads into the second part of my problem, file size. I use the 1080P Internet MP4 render options and for a 13 to 15 minute video, it makes produces about a 1.5gb video. That itself isn't too bad, but it is when you have rather crappy upload times. That video takes about 400 mins (6.5 hours) to upload, making it a huge bummer to wait it out. I read through a few ideas on this forum, but it always seems to make the lighting quality even worse (muuuch darker than the first render). Does anyone have any ideas on a good method that doesn't destroy the quality and lighting? I'd like to keep gameplay video as nice as possible, I know my webcam is only 5 megapixels so I don't need cruddy footage to go with cruddy face cam!
Thanks in advance.
