It's a roleplay server, good one in my opinion.
You look for a town, ask a mayor to add you as a resident, mine for ores, build your house...
It's very cool, when there are Town Wars, be careful not to lose your stuff!
You can grief whenever you're in the Wilderness/Resource/Nether/The End/Or in town if Mayor allows.
If you're active and helpful, mayors might make you assistant
