They've stopped giving out additional keys, so you won't get anything but a key for yourself. And you can't give that key away, since the game is activated at once you are accepted.

Well, shit... I've been trying to get the beta A LOT, might seem like spam but I made 2 different Steam accounts and did hardware surveys, I want that beta.... :C

DoTA1 was a mod. This is a full standalone game made with all the stuff made by the developers. (I guess some chars still is playable from DoTA1...)
