They only employ you now if you make 1337 CoD gameplays and montages or are just a much views gaining retard. (previously machinima stood for quality , but the boundries between good and bad has faded away )

Its better to partner without any third party involved I would say.

I would rather partner up with TGN instead of Machinima , since Machinima is mostly crap nowadays (although there are really some good directors)

I don't think they're is a way to directly "Apply" to work for machinima. If you are popular enough on Youtube, you may get asked to join, but other than that, good luck.

However, you can try Machinima Respawn.

You can send them an application using this email:

The best way to make an application is giving as many details as you can, for example your current Subscriber count, video views, where you are from and why you are doing it.

I cannot garuntee you that you will make it, as they are looking for "Top-notch-quality" Let's Players/Commentators.

But Socialblade also haves a partner program. (also 1k per day)
I am getting 279 per day and thats just 1/4 of the requirements.

a minimum of daily 1000 views applies for all partnerships even for standalone (direct partnerships) partnerships

But some networks add some requirements like "Curse", it requires 5000 subs, thus it means, higher daily views.xD

Trust me , it really isn't , keep on making good and high quality and much vids and it will be way easier. It only needs time.

I pretty much record/edit 2-3 videos per day.
Time is the key i guess.

I upload 2 vids because it's vacation but I might stick to one video a day on school days. Need a higher upload speed damnit!

@Brootal: CPM is Clicks per thousand on ads or something like that.

total views for month divided by 1000 times your CPM. for example.

I have 46K views last month

46000/1000 = 46 x 1.2 = $55.2 income or it may be smaller or higher, it depends on people who sees the ads on your vids.
