I Would say the games that have the worst voice acting is the resident evil series
The worst film voice acting is in Troll 2: " They're eating her... then they are going to eat me.... OH MY GOOOOOOD!"

That's a point lol. They used the actors for fallout as well. In one case, Fallout 3: Talon Company Merc=Elf

While Mass Effect's voice acting isn't BAD, per se, the deliveries of the lines are sometimes horrible.
For example:
"Because he's a BIG STUPID JELLYFISH!"
"By the Goddess, that was incredible."
"STEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVE!""Heavy risk...but the priiiiize"And everything Diana Allers says. -

Definitely one of the worst cases of video game voice acting, for me, was Phantasy Star Universe. I didn't like the voice acting in that game at all.
