A bit of information about me, I'm 16 turning 17 soon with a passion for video making just like everyone else on this thread I'm currently studying software development at a local college and hope to one day become a great coder.

We are 4 english lads aged from 17/18 currently working on our channel called onyxlocker, we have known each other for a long time and we have always enjoyed playing games and generally having fun. We currently have 250+ subscribers and have a couple of videos which have hit 1000 and 3000 views. We have only been doing gaming videos on games such as; call of duty, battleblock theatre, saints row 4, cubeworld and now minecraft. We really enjoy playing games and we always have fun so we thought why not put them on a channel and see if others find us funny aswell and try and get a small community going. My videos are slow-paced, with one series (Joy of Crafting) focused on creating a Bob Ross-esque atmosphere. It's an experiment to see what happens if you play games more "consciously" and really digest them instead of shoving them down like fast food. As an added bonus there's ze sexy German accent.

My channel is Snitt (youtube.com/user/Snittman) and I have been doing YouTube for around a year now. I make short edited gaming videos (Somewhat like PewDiePie and Seananners's videos). They are generally around 3 - 8 minutes in length and cover a variety of games. I generally record a large chunk of video and edit out all the mediocre stuff and just put in a sort of "highlights reel". I dislike calling my videos Let's Play videos since they aren't really the same as your standard let's play! So the videos that follow the trend I mentioned above I call "Having a Snitt Time (H.A.S.T)".

All in all I have been doing this for about 1 year and I've made over 300 videos. At first I was truly terrible at making videos, I hadn't discovered my own style, my "Thing" and I was just terrible at talking. Now it's a year later and I am making much higher quality videos and they are getting better and better so I have recently started a sort of Version 2 where I will REALLY try hard with making videos and try to keep the quality up. I have deleted all my previous "terrible" videos (Normally unedited and long and boring) and kept only the best content.

And for the not terrible but OK videos, I very recently made a second channel where I pretty much post anything I like so I can keep my main channel (Link on the word Snitt at the top of this page) top quality!

My channel has not been growing very fast an a boost would really be appreciated *BROFIST*

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I draw all my own thumbnails 100% my own content every time. No pictures, no fonts, just badly drawn thumbnails that look retarded and hilarious at the same time.
