    • Games You Play to Relieve Stress - Discussion

      Everyone has their days where everything seems to go wrong. Getting crapped on by your boss, dumb fights with friends, bad grades, etc.

      What game do you turn to when you need to unload all the crap that has you ticked off? Do you resort to a shooter to blow the heads off of your enemies, dive into an RPG to be part of a different world, or amuse yourself with comical games that make you laugh when the world can't?

      List what games you go to for relief!

      I like to dive into games with a deep story that absorbs me into that world. Lately I have been plunging myself into The Last of Us. The issues these people face help me realise how minor some of the complications I deal with really are. I also have been playing Ibb and Obb, the music and simple game play is soothing when my nerves are twisted into a frustrating knot.

    • Well, all kinds of games that involve shooting and slaying no matter if they're online or on my PC. But the absolute #1 goes to Cubikill :O and Whack Your Boss (but since it's actually quite the same it can be considered that way).
      On the outside I may appear like an emotionless sarcastic piece of shit, but just like an onion, when you peel off more layers, you find the exact same thing every single time and you start crying.

      Why?

      It represents the things I want to do to in real life

      For Example:

      Let my work colleuges know which organs on thier body are vital to them:


      Redecorate My Engineering Boss' car:


      Cleaning my fellow former schoolmates' clothes if they have dust on them:


      And most importantly, making sliced salad with my neighbours to make up for everytime they, say, accidently bump into my car or steal my mail:


      It's a peaceful life.

      The excessive badass chineese kung fu in sleeping dogs is more than enough for me. But mostly i play some comical games like borderlands 2.

      If you're angry, don't break anybody's heart, they only have one..... Break their bones, they have 206 of them

    • I like to play a variety of games when I am stressed - but the one that stands out to me is GMod due to being able to do anything! Whether it be making a happy face out of balloons or killing an army of combine or creating a flying bathtub with my friends. It causes great times and an amazing release of stress :)

    • Depending on how stressed I am. If I am really stressed out I find the most violent, bloody game I can get my hands on and go nuts. If I'm just a little stressed, I take a deep... calm breath, make some tea... and go play minecraft. Nothing like digging a tunnel to get rid of all that stress.

    • Why not Prototype? It's quite lame in global but really good for stess and agression in my opinion :)

      Yeah, glad they never patched that up! Hopefully there will be more epic glitches in GTA5, what am I saying? of course there will be more! 8o
