    • Looking for game developers to help out with new horror game called: [Kidnapped]

Hey bros, my team and I are looking for people who'd like to help us develop our game.

We're creating a survival horror game, which takes place in a cave. It's currently named: [Kidnapped]
The protagonist is a woman, a mom.

It's split up in 3 chapters, which consists of:

      Chapter 1:
You wake up in the middle of the night, because you hear your daughter screaming, and a car driving away.
The first thing you do, is run over to your telephone, and call 911.
They answer, you tell them what's happend, and when you're just about to tell where you live, the connection get's cut.
You look over at your window, and see someone, or something, is just standing there looking at you. The thing then turns around, and walks away.
You see a note laying on the kitchen table with an adress on it, run out to your car, and drive to the adress.

      Chapter 2:
When you arrive to the address, there's a big dark forest, which you have to find your way through to get to a house that's barely seeable through the woods.
You find your way to the house, but your daughter is not there, nor the kidnapper.
Walking around in the house, you find a door, but it's looked. You have to find the key.
When you find the key, and open the door, you see another door infront you.
Again, you have to find the key, and open it.
When the door is opened, the kidnapper knocks you out.
The screen fades black, and the title of the game is displayed.

      Chapter 3:
You wake up in a cave, not knowing where on earth you are.
Only slightly, you remember what happened. Flashbacks starts appearing, and you hear your daughter scream "Mom!".
In the cave, it's rather dark, and there's a lot of creepy sounds and noises.
You have to find a way out, and rescue not only your daughter, but yourself too.
There will be puzzles, enemy encounters, a whole lot of paranoia, and a very creepy atmosphere.

Here's a couple ideas we want to create:
      1. In the cave, you have to find a backpack, which will be your inventory.
      2. Also in the cave, you make a torch, with a couple things you find.
      3. You need to find old fuel canisters, and matches, to relit your torch if it goes out. If the torch goes out, you're gonna have a bad time.
      4. Eventually, there'll be a cellar/dungeon in the cave, which is your first step at finding your way out. It's a torture cellar, where you have to complete various puzzles.

Currently, we're only two developers, both programmers, which isn't enough to create this project.
We don't have a whole lot of experience, but it seems that the progress is going at a fine pace.

      Following positions are needed:
      Level Designer (Jake123)
      Animator
      3D Designer/Artist
      Writer: MercenariesPro and MoncoreV
Sound Designer - SFX & Music (MoncoreV, and Bobby Sands)
      C# Scripter

If you read all this, I just wanna say thank you.

    • Hello,I want to be ''if i can'' be the writer and the sound designer and thanks :)

      That'd be quite lovely :)

Any type of help is appreciated :)

You basically need everyone who does the hard part of the job while you sit back and take all the credit of it to be honest, plot isn't that well also.

The plot isn't very good right now, because we don't have a writer, and I'm not that good at writing myself.

      That's not what I want.
I've made quite a lot of progress, and the game's state as of now, isn't bad at all. Actually, it's already playable.

I don't just want people to do all the hard work, since this is my first game made in Unity, and it's partly just me wanting to learn about programming, and Unity itself.

That said, it's not like this is a project made for the lols.

Hey, I'd like, if I can, be a writer and maybe help with the sound.
Edit: Maybe I can record some irl sounds [For example: Forest Ambiance at night, animal sounds, etc.]
That's exactly one of the things we're looking for.

      Perfect.

Add me on Skype, and we'll get started ;)
