That is a really old image, later studies have shown that that is not how you are supposed to sit since you will be in a constant tention by having your back straight etc.

That's exactly how I sit. Except I tend to bend my back forward because I'm stupid, but yeah. That's the most efficient position to sit in.Gaze no more in the bitter glass.

If I'm playing a horror game, FPS or FIFA I set way forward like I'm attempting to give a cheeky kiss to my screen. But when playing anything else like Minecraft, Skyrim etc. I lean back. I should really try to sit properly or i'll end up with a pulled muscle or something lol
