I need Help with Artwork & Such

First off I want to see if anyone is willing to make a Banner for my YouTube Channel.
Second would be, what do I use to make Thumbnails & is there a Free / Safe thing to use until I feel good enough to spend the money on it?

Hey! I can make you a banner! just tell me what "theme" you want, and what you want it to say.
I use Photoshop (but that is definitely not free). What I used before I got photoshop was Gimp getgimp.com/lp/index.php?pk=6542 its free and really good! Hope that helps!
