To my knowledge there is no program that can just remove the vocals without messing up the audio quality. The vocals and music are compressed to one file so It can't be separated without audio quality being lowered.

Your best bet is to see if they have an instrumental version or if someone else did an instrumental version for the song.

You can't do that. Sorry, bro. It's because an MP3 file is just ONE file. There aren't separate files for vocals and such. It's all one compiled file. Sorry, you might have to re-record

Its uber hard to do so manually but I think its possible when you are really good. Mostly the vocals are at the 'center' and such. My friend made an instrumental once, but you only heard the vocals really really softly, but the rest of the audio was quite 'good', but please do realize you wont get perfect quality out of it and might sound on some places distorted.
