There's a direction in the pop-up that should direct you to the application it's talking about, and that should be what causes Microsoft Visual C++ to crash or whatever it is, or it is in fact that program that does it, and since it's a runtime error, I would guess that it is Visual C++ that is the problem.
Make a back up and try to remove it (Not sure if Visual C++ is needed for having a computer working, just in case.) and see if there is a difference. Try reinstalling it if stuff stops working."I've begun my voyage in a paper boat without a bottom; I will fly to the moon in it."
