I thinks with Pewds on top of the currently most sucessful youtubers (he will reach it soon, or is he already the most viewed?) the wave will break and something different than gaming videos will go big. I really have no idea what kind of "fresh content" you could make out of videogames. Player big screen, game small screen?

I think the next thing will be sandbox games, or games who let you do whatever the heck you want.
Minecraft, Disney Infinity, Garrys Mod and so forth
