I had one time, I passed out, when I woke up, I couldn't remember anything

I've had short versions of it.

Like I'm looking for something, then I do something else before that, then I'm like "What did I want to do before this?"

I have it a lot of times because of a memory lost. I still remember who everyone is & such but when I look for something or trying to think what I was gonna say or w/e really I tend to forget it like if it never happened. Sadly when I was younger I tend to keep losing my Pokemon Ruby, I ended up buying a second ruby game & I still ended up losing it. Unless someone been stealing it but I highly doubt it because none of the other games I had got token so I'm not sure. But yeah..

Just forgetting things != Amnesia

Forgetting something in your short term memory isn't amnesia, it's just forgetting.
Unless you actually can't store your short term memory in your long term. That's ones called Anterograde amnesia.

Chances are, no one here has actually had amnesia

But, I once got pushed into a wall by mistake from one of my friends and for like 5 minutes I didn't know who I was or where I was.

Guess I got Anterograde amnesia then because I get told multi of time's the same stuff nearly every day & not only a second later I would forget like it never happened & had days where I don't even remember I did anything that past week or even the day before really. But it goes on & off, my girlfriend even told me to write stuff down one time from a note I wrote before to remember stuff even though that didn't do any good. I even was told I would stand in a room time to time not knowing what to do & it would be something easy like "getting something to eat" or w/e.

No, Anterograde amnesia would be like impossible to store anything new in your memory.
If you remember you posted here, then you're fine.
It can only be caused by some kind of trauma. You don't just get it.

Most people don't remember what they do throughout the week.
That's just short term memory

I had amnesia once. Woke up in a castle, couldn't remember who I was, was chased endlessly by shadows. Ended up saving the day though. Remembered some bad things I did however.
