So...as of late YouTube has been messing up for me. I have an intro/outro I have for my videos that either (a)plays audio/doesn't play video or vice versa. Now lately it seems that any yellow texture that I have in a game is crackly and blackish. I don't think it's my recording/editing software because I've use the same software for my entire tenure on YouTube and this is the first time this has happened.

Any suggestions or anyone with similar situations?

  • I'm assuming you watch your final video using some video player on your computer before uploading to test if there's any problems first so assuming that is the case and there's nothing wrong there. The next thing you might want to check is the codecs you use to encode your video/audio with. Using h.264/x264 for video and MP3/AAC for audio should work and assuming you're using codecs that youtube supports then im afraid i can't think of anything else that might be the cause other than youtube just being youtube :S
