EDIT: Your case is your own preference. Carbide 400r is a good case and one of my favorites. I think you can add SSD for this.:) Did I forget something? You can also add a WDC Green 1TB SATA III if you want. it's $100 I think.

1. Why would you get a slower cpu that is ment for laptops?
2. Personally id use a noctua aircooler (main reason is reliability)
3. Id suggest Corsair cl9 1600Mhz Vengeance LP (simply coz i own a pair myself and they work great)

2. I second that, I have the noctua nh-d14 and it's awesome.
