We all know that the shoutbox can be a weird and scary place sometimes. [Hell,50% of the time it's actually my fault,but still..]
So I thought that a plugin like this one might fix the situation.
Often two users start talking and more or less block the shoutbox,and more often than that the topic of conversation is not suited for younger users [as we have a lot of 11/12 year olds here].
I kinda screwed up the last sentence,but I hope that you get my point c:
