So, if you haven't heard, Nintendo decided to finally to enforce copyright on their content
and put ad revenue on any content of theirs on YouTube. I just got 10 "third party content" notices
on my Super Mario World LP along with my Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time LP. Needless to say
I'm annoyed. Any thoughts on this or anyone who has any similar experiences?

    • I announced that I won't be supporting Nintendo through my channel out of respect for the Youtubers affected by this. I mean some Youtubers were dedicated to showing the world how awesome Nintendo games were and after all that hard work they just get punched in the gut.

They could have atleast made a deal with networks instead of just dipping their fingers in too many plates. It just shows how out of date and unconnected this japanese company is with their most loyal fanbase; the ones who spent hours, weeks, days, months out of their lives to make really great content.

      ProxyPlaythroughs does not approve.

Well, I'm not taking down my videos or stopping my current Zelda LP. I don't care if it doesn't get monetized. I'm playing it because its pretty much my favorite game.

That is great! It is just a shame for a lot of people that supported their families through Youtube and now this has gotten in the way a little or a lot.
