I disagree. Replace Fraps with Dxtory (depends) and replace Hauppauge PVR with Elgato Game Capture HD (hundreds times better) and only then have you got yourself the almighty setup!

My Current setup is basic -
Video editing: Pinnacle Studio 4

Recording: OBS - It is recording software - obsproject.com/

Photo editing: none

WebCam: LifeCam HD-300

Voice: OBS and Audacity

Premier Pro and Sony Vegas Pro are quite good, but it takes time to render if you don't have a good cpu, ram and graphics card

I use After Effects to edit animations - adding some brightness or shine effect.
To edit gameplays and letsplays I use Premiere Pro.
