A pecuiler cam problem.

So, I'm having a strange cam problem.

It works fine in WIndows Movie Maker, Skype, and, well, anything else but the Logitech cam software. Whenever I go to open quick capture, the program locks up and closes.

This is happening with literally nothing else.

Basic suggestions here because you haven't offered that many details.

Have you tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it? Have you tried to close other programs that can use your webcam down while opening your Logitech program? (Having skype, windows movie maker, etc closed)

I may ask you one thing though.
Did this software come with your webcam? I am using Logitech C615 and the webcam software and it works just fine.
If you don't have a Logitech brand webcam and you've got the software from who knows where, then I don't now what to do.

No, it's off the site. I lost the original disc. Like I said ,going ot an earlier version fixed it.
