I might use that skull to attach it to a stick or whatever and mark it as dangerous territory. If any human would come close, they would probably come even closer due to curiousness.( If I'd go somewhere else on the island I'd just deattach it and then attach it somewhere else.) Then I'd probably be able to get off the island. However, if it would make someone back off, I'd put another few marks on some other places to make him/her or them be cramped up on one spot on the island. So either I'd find him/her or he/she would find me.
