Which Final Fantasy 1, 2, and 3? If you mean the ones for the SNES, ie, mystic quest, 2, and 3 (4 and 6 in Japan), then yes. I have beaten all 3 multiple times.

Thats why FF Tactics Advance is my favorite Final Fantasy, it's the only one I have ever beaten and the only one I never used a guide on.

I've never played Final Fantasy 1 - 6, but I've beaten VII, X, X-2. amd XII without seeing a walktrough / guide. I've to use a guide for Final Fantasy VIII, because that game was so complicated.

I've never completed a final fantasy game and I own two, I pretty much ragequit on bosses that I couldn't beat who just had an "I OWN YOU" move.
