Sync facecam with recording?

Hey bros,
I was wondering if there is particular software or a certain method I need to use in order to get my facecam synced with my gameplay recording as closely as possible. I currently just fire a gun a couple of times and say something every time I fire and sync it like that, but is there any more efficient methods? If there is actually software, it'll have to be compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. Thanks in advance :3

Actually there's a very efficient software for it. It's called "Common sense". All you have to do is start the webcam recording and when you press the fraps recording button give it a sign. For example. You're in game and just when you're pressing the recording button say "tits" or something. It will work. Best part. It's 0,00 MB big file!
But in exchange you'll need to cut it in premiere.

Maybe you could set a hotkey to start recording facecam on the software that you use. Example : if you're using Adobe Premiere to record facecam,set the hotkey for recording to F9 and it will be the same hotkey as Fraps uses for recording gameplay. Dunno if that's gonna work but it's an idea.

What About Logitech Webcam?
