It would be better if you would supply us with proper information so that we dont have to guess on what you want.

What software are you recording on??
Are you recording on a mac then Screenflow should be the best
If you are recording on windows then should Fraps be the best
BROFISTLeague of Legends is like the best game ever,so if you havent played it, play it, also here is my youtube channel youtube.com/user/PlayPaj?feature=mhee, if you want to suggest a game, just send me a message and i will try my best to play it -

i suggest you use fraps also... but i think it needs to be version 3 or later? (for recording mic with the gameplay)
-
Bandi cam and Audacity work fine.
I just started to use Xsplit and that seems to work far better then anything before since I don't have to bother about syncing anything -
please gives us more information on what your going to record please

As TheOPGuy said if you use Fraps or Bandicam for video and then Audacity for your mic then you will be A for AWESOME!
Why? Well basically you don't want to record your voice on the same file as your video audio because then you won't be able to balance in a way that won't have your viewers finding it hard to distinguish your voice from the game. There is always time for muffins. -
I thought I would just add even with using xsplit to record voice, face, and gamefootage + game sound you still want to use audacity for added voice.
I just found out the hard way that it would be nice to have another audio of my voice to put over the game -
The exact thing that he is asking could be incredibly simple, or be something that requires a bit of nuance.
Either way, I have no idea what he actually wants, aside from "sounds"
