Parents and teachers are the best bet. It will piss him off, but it will ground him the same time (If he does anything, expelled etc)
If you get the slightest hint of when he wants to beat you up, tell the teachers about it so they will be ready to pounce.

Ask your friends just to stay close by you. They'll be less likely to go for you when you are in numbers.
When and if he tries to do something to you, just survive. From what I've heard, he's bigger, stronger and faster, so trying to fight back is not an option.
Cover your face and wait till someone breaks it up. If you try to fight back, he WILL hurt you even more.

Like most people are saying, Seek a Superior with Authority whether its the cops or teachers, You need someone who can stop him, Though if you sue him things might go worse e.g one of his friends might attack you.
