try doing the level with just the grav gun and objects you find around the village, then it becomes a whole lot scarier

My theory on Half Life 3 or episode 3 or whatever they wanna call it...... is that it'll be released on the official release of the Steam Box, it would make sense for Steam to have a Steam Box exclusive game and would fit perfectly as it's won loads of awards...... only a theory tho

It would make sense to push sales, Xbox has Halo, dunno what Playstation has, Steam could get thousands of sales just by forcing Half Life fans onto the steam box by making their epically overdue game exclusive, they're late into the game console market and with PS4 and Xbox Infinity coming out they're gonna have heavy competition

People don't like change tho, Steam are new to hardware and the estimated prices of the Steam Box are far higher than the Xbox and PS4 prices.

A lot of people will want to stick to what they know, like with Microsoft with Windows 8, everyone avoided it or hated it cos it changed from the regular taskbar with the familiar start menu to something completely new and original, now they are planning on re-releasing it so it has the option of the standard start menu and no metro. People are afraid of what they don't know, they need a reason to be pushed into buying it, Half Life 3 exclusivity would be the perfect hook to get people buying, they would probably wait a few months and then release it to PC so they have a decent starter on the new console.
