It depends..
But first, I'll be very surprised and I'll slap myself many times to make sure that it isn't a dream.Ask her a few questions like who are you? What are you doing here? And..the most importantly, do you remember anything about your past?
If she is beautiful (she doesn't has to be VERY beautiful, just fit to my taste of girl, from appearance): I'll ask her to stay here, at my home, or..if she doesn't has any memory, I'll ask her to be my sister.
If she is ugly (I mean VERY ugly): I'll ask her to leave or report her to the police..for..missing person.

Well, think about it, if you're a boy and you think you look handsome(or average at least), then you''re genderbent self would probably look a bit hotter than your normal appearance.
