Hi im a crappy guy at photoshop, but i know many of you bros are awesome at it. I wondered if you could do me a favour and Photoshop the attached picture to look awesome

(Its a girl i like) I know it will take effort or something from you, but please: help a bro in need!.

I believe he means adding a vignette, a cool border, some contrast and brightness fixes and general improvement over the image. Nothing too flashy, just looks neat.

But the image is horribly cropped, you have that person's arm around her shoulder, it won't look too good. Just saying. I would help you, but I don't have the time - sorry.
