Having Issues on Setting up my Youtube Channel

i am trying to set up a proper Youtube Channel, but i am having troubles on regarding to the age profile, you see, i have set my Age to 18 when i am in fact 23, is there a way to edit the Age onwards to 23 in any way? If so, can you please tell me how, that may help me and other bros who are facing the same issue.

Yeah it's so bad YouTube haven't made it possible.

Maybe it's because some videos are restricted for 17 and below. just like my channel, I can't watch gruesome game trailers.-.- I have to use my other acct to watch it.:P
