when you do face the beast, be warned, you will baisicly be blind. you might accidentally freeze somone. also, there have been occasional run-ins with cave- sloths, which are actually very hostile wolves; but the journey down is into the deepest point in the caverns; the crystals give off light, and as an estimat, on foot, its about a journey of a few hours. getting back up, added to decending, is about a days journey.

its become aware of your presence... and it can ink the water, too... i told you, this is an EXTREMELY dangerous creature.... it might have actually managed to hit titanus down.... just... keep calm and be careful... it cant go out of water, so, if you want to 'revisit" this, thats always an option. but hurry. soon, all vision except for the feeling of movement will end untill the creature is killed, or you men leave.
