Question about graphics cards...

My old PC's specs:
CPU: 1 core Intel 2,26Ghz
GPU: Radeon 9250 256Mb
Ram: 256Mb DDR1
HDD: 1x250Gb
PSU: 70w

P.S. I found my current pc's psu's box, its certified.
Company TECHNOWARE and it is written that ''system certified by DNV =ISO 9001 : 2000=''
Model: Free Silent 500
Power 500W
Input: 230V 50Hz 5A Max

Edit: There is no 6pin connector and 8pin connector. I think GPU requires on 6pin connector.:/

I'd suggest you buy a new better power supply with 2 6pins or 1 6pin and 1 6+2pin.

Thanks, but as I said before it will be a long time till I can even start saving money for a really good pc.(probably about 3-4 years cuz I will finish my school in 2 years and a few years till I find a job, since all the discrimanating companies in my country dont like employing students or graduates with no expierience)

$150 will be fine for a PSU and a GTX 460 2nd hand(might be @ $70-$100)

Im actually thinking about buying the Palit GeForce gt630 1gb for my current pc since the fan of the 9800 gt is also starting to fail. What do you think, is it good for its price of about 55 euros?

It's good if you have a strict budget but I'll go with GT640. However, I also read that AMD Radeon HD 7750 is much stronger.

Note: The reviewers played @ 1680x1050 as their minimum resolution. If you played @ 1280x720, the FPS will probably increase like 5-7FPS. THis is an outdated review though. The new driver beta of AMD increases the FPS up to 5FPS increase.

You can play everything on medium-high, depends on the game. I believe that it doesn't need a 6pin since it will be powered by your motherboard. However, it's best to know you have a certified PSU which I kinda doubt because of the reviews.

GTX 460 is still a beast choice for the same price though since it runs the same as 6870 I think. But it needs 2 6pin.

I'm gonna stay with the GT630, but I found in my local computer shop(highly respected) that they sell a MSI GT630 with 4Gb of memory size!
The price is still about 55 euros(and yes I am on a strict budget), but I was wondering if the 4Gb's maybe are too unnecessary and maybe I should go with a 1gb or 2Gb.

It will be bottlenecked because of its 128-bit. I haven't encountered 4GB GT630 yet. Stay with 1GB.
