I'd advise you to go to your local electronics market and check what they have, I use a kinda expensive one by Logitech, they're generally rather good, so look out for that.

yeah, i never had any problem with Logitech's ones. also, you could look for one of these on Amazon, i think you should be able to find a good sale, and generally you'll save something by buying them online.

also, it depends on what you wanna use it for, HD ones usually cost over 60€ but the others are pretty cheap.

a webcam with a decent resolution so get one with at least 640 x 480 resolution

pretty good too, it also comes with software that lets u tilt, pan, and change

I use a webcam from Logitech.
To be more exact Logitech HD Webcam C615, yes infact can record in 1080p but I prefer 720p for zooming options etc. (Using this for facecam on my videos.)

I honestly don't like logitech, most of the newer ones have fixed position so you can't adjust them to the side
