    ok hello bros/broettes

    as most of you know my name is james summers
    1 thing i may have left out
    i have an extremely violent and abusive twin brother
    here is his background
    he smokes (13 Y/O)
    he admitted to smoking weed before
    he drinks whenever he gets a chance
    he influences other people to do what he does
    he skips entire days of school
    and he beats me mostly for no reason

    ive been trying to help him for the last 4 years but to no avail
    he keeps abusing me and beating me whenever he feels he has to
    i think most of this comes from my older nephew (14 Y/O)
    but he just keeps doing all of this Bull****
    and to be honest
    ive given up... on him.. on his attitude.. on alot of things
    he has not changed at all he just keeps getiing worse
    today he asked if he could show me somthing on a game and i replied being as nice as i could "can i save my game first?" and he lost it he started repeatedly hitting me as hard as he could and throwing things at me
    i dont know what to do anymore
    because of him my humor and hopefulness is begining to degrade very quickly
    but i cant help and my entire family has tried
    what do i do?

  • I say, fuck him, if a person can't realize themselves what they are doing is wrong even after their family has tried to help/inform/make them realize for 4 years as you put it (So this started when you and him were 9 you say?) then you should in fact just let them be and let them ruin their own life.

  • Best thing you can do is report it to some kind of authority.

    No one should have to take crap like that, from ANYONE, let alone family.

    Do you have any immediate family you can talk to, besides your parents (like an auntie or uncle), who'll give you a place to stay until your parents or the authorities sort your brother out? You say your entire family has tried to help him, but obviously what he needs isn't 'help', it's a reality check.

    I know it may seem like betrayal because he is after all your brother, but maybe you should try to capture proof of the things he does to you and take it to the police or whoever would deal with that kind of thing.

    True. maybe he is your brother , maybe you had some good time with him , but still , his actions are inappropriate, and big actions should be taken against him.

  • thing is he HAS been taken to the police and he has seen a pshyciartrist hejust doesnt seem to know what the fuck is wrong and right.... but i have agreed on somthing with my darker alter ego (i do hav a slight split personality disorder) someday in the future (hopefully really close) i will stand up and knock him the F&^* out

    and what will you win by that? ok, lets say you throw ur collected agression at him by that . He might think ur challaning him and u want more from him . He might take a knife , maybe a gun to fight back next time. What will you do then?

    well
    1: he may think he is that strong but he isnt (mentally)
    2: he is one of them people who no-one will stand up to so if i do that he knows that someone can and will and will cut down on this shit

    whats the freakin reason of physical fighting? proving that you're stronger or something? even if u are , he can strike back at the moments he wont expect , and maybe even get his life in really big danger. Ofcourse he is his brother , but can easily stop calling him a brother because of those actions.
