Think Scribblenauts mixed with pokemon, but with greater creation potential. Magic Pengel is a PS2 game where you take the role of a silent protanganist who can create drawings that come to life and fight for him. As you progress through the game you can unlock more potential for bigger drawings as well as different types of parts to create, i.e. soft, hard, rotating... The battle style is turn based with a twist to rock, paper, scissors. More on the creation aspect, you get a blank canvas and can draw whatever you want and can change thicknesses and shape based on the brush type.
