Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is the first rated M game I've played it has f***ing s** scene jeez when you have a girlfriend. And I was 9!

Duck Hunt, around 6. You don't feel like a true bloody killer until you hold a gun and shoot a duck. True story.

Devil May Cry 1, I don't remember what age. It was when it first came out. I didn't really think it was that violent, though, so I claim instead Devil May Cry 3, age 22. Until that point, it was all Legend of Zelda, Sonic, Mario, and Kingdom Hearts. I still remember the feeling I had when I saw Dante with all of those blades in his body, strolling to the middle of the room like nothing was wrong. And it wasn't. I felt so invincible in that moment. Then the gameplay started and it only got better. Good times.

I want to say Duck Hunt. Keeping in mind those ratings weren't really made till 94 or 95. I remember getting a number of stares from parents as my mom bought me the game. Simple but at the time, shooting a duck was serious business.

Turok Evolution for the Gamecube, and any other Turok game from Dinosaur Hunter to Seeds of Evil. Well, to be fair the only bits M Rated were the gore in the game, though the graphics weren't very good in this department either. The game is mediocre at best, and the only reason I kept it around in my library was for the fact the multiplayer I had tons of fun with, since usually I'd outrun every weapon my friend had while player as a Velociraptor and slashing their guts out. If you get this game at all, get it for the multiplayer, as the campaign can be a bit rough (Though, to be fair, the campaign has more weapons than the Multiplayer mode does, such as a Flamethrower and a Gravity Gun, which essentially does what you'd expect it to do). The goriest weapon from the game is the Cerebral Bore. In Evolution, it slices off all limbs and the head of humanoid targets. In Seeds of Evil, which it debuted in, it fires and attaches a drill-like machine to the target's head, drills out the blood and guts within the skull, then promptly causes the head to go kaboom. In other words, one hit kill essentially. Ironically enough the first game was more of a run and gun/blow everything up sort of game than it is a gory one.

At the time I got Turok Evolution, I believe I was probably 8-10 years old or so, yet the gore never bugged me aside from the Cerebral Bore. Trust me, it was gorier in Seeds of Evil anyways, which I didn't get til I was 16-17 or so.

Mine was Resident Evil 2. I still remember how scared I was. Nightmares for like a week XD. I think was in 3rd grade or something

Killer Instinct... I think I was around 5 when I first played it myself and of course I did it in secret from my parents. I'm not quite sure if it's M rated but I remember it being super violent back in the day.
